Upon termination, any 23 employee that has used more vacation time than earned will have an unearned vacation time deduction 24 on their final paycheck. 26 All vacations must have prior approval of the employee’s supervisor. Employees who are denied 27 vacation due to the critical needs of the District shall be allowed to re-schedule or carry-over the 28 vacation time at the option of the employee. If an employee cannot use all their vacation earned for 29 unforeseen circumstances, the employee may be allowed to buy back up to three (3) days at the 30 employee’s hourly rate with supervisor approval.
