Section 8.2.4. 41 An eligible employee whose hire date is before January 1 shall receive a year’s credit for that year 42 for 5th-13th year additional vacation credit movement on vacation schedules. Employees hired 43 on/after January 1 shall not receive that year as credit for schedule movement. Eligibility for 44 vacation schedule movement shall be determined, and will take effect on September 1 (only). At 45 no other time during the year will advancement be permitted, except for errors in interpreting the 46 employee’s eligibility for movement as of September 1.
