Section 9.2.1.1. 11 In computing the total vacation credit for any period of service, part of an hour will be 12 disregarded if less than one-half (1/2) hour; otherwise, it will be counted as a full hour.
Section 9.2.1.1. 17 If the District exercises the trial period option, the employee shall be placed in an 18 existing equivalent position or moved back to the previously-held position.
