Common use of Section 8.2.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.2.4. 34 Employees who work less than twelve (12) months per year shall receive payment for unused 35 accrued vacation with their July paycheck. Any employee who is discharged or who terminates 36 employment shall receive payment for unused accrued vacation credit with their final 37 paycheck.
