Common use of Section 8.2.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.2.4. 2 All twelve (12) month employees working less than eight (8) hours per day shall receive the same 3 benefits as the full-time twelve (12) month employees except that vacation shall be prorated to an 4 eight (8) hour day.
