Common use of Section 8.8.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.8.3. 41 Up to one (1) hour may be added to a current nutrition services employee's work schedule without 42 posting the hours. Such assignments will be made based upon the following considerations: 43 program needs, skills, training and experience of staff members and scheduling factors. When two 44 (2) or more nutrition services employees are substantially equal with regard to the above-listed 45 factors, the job will be awarded on the basis of seniority. Should no employee in-kitchen be 46 interested in the position it shall be posted Agreement-wide. The parties recognize that such 47 added hours are subject to elimination or reduction.
