SECTION As to Equipment and Inventory. (a) Each Grantor shall keep the Equipment and Inventory of such Grantor (other than (i) Inventory sold in the ordinary course of business, and (ii) Equipment and Inventory that, in the ordinary course of business, is held or stored at other locations) at the places therefor specified on Schedule III or, upon prior written notice to the Agent, at such other places in a jurisdiction where all action required by Section 6 shall have been taken with respect to the Equipment and Inventory.

No Inventory of an Obligor is held by a Person other than an Obligor pursuant to consignment, sale or return, sale on approval or similar arrangement.
