Common use of Section B - Occupational Health and Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Section B - Occupational Health and Safety Committee. ‌ 29.03 (a) A joint CUPE 951/University Occupational Health and Safety Committee will be established and be composed of 4 representatives appointed by the Union and 4 representatives appointed by the University, one of whom will be a designate of the Director of Labour Relations. A designate of the Director of Occupational Health and Safety will be a non-voting ex-officio member, and will report to the Committee's meetings on employee accidents and other matters pertaining to the health and safety of members of the bargaining unit.
