Common use of Section Rehabilitative Employment Clause in Contracts

Section Rehabilitative Employment. Any employee who immediately following a period of disability for which benefits were payable under the Plan may, with the approval of the Union, the Board of Trustees and the' Company, return to work on a trial basis, either on full or limited duties without right or entitlement to coverage under the Plan, other than would have been provided had such return to work not have occurred.
