Common use of Secure Plan Website for Enrollees and Providers Clause in Contracts

Secure Plan Website for Enrollees and Providers. Contractor shall maintain a secure website, 24 hours, 7 days a week. All content on the secure Enrollee website shall be available in English and Spanish and any other languages required under State and Federal law. If Contractor is new to offering coverage on the Exchange, Contractor shall meet the requirements of this section within ninety (90) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement.
