Common use of Secured Area Access Clause in Contracts

Secured Area Access. The Contractor’s personnel requiring access to the Airfield Operations Area and/or the Secured Area shall obtain and display an Airport Identification Badge, with appropriate access, driving authority, and AOA access as applicable, when in any of these controlled areas and comply with all requirements for security access. The identification badges are issued by the Authority through the Authority’s Pass and ID Office.
