SECURING THE BONDS. As of the initial allotment of the Bonds (Series A), the Bonds will not be secured by any collateral, to the exclusion of that described in Section 7 of the Deed of Trust.
SECURING THE BONDS. The Issuer shall enter into, or procure entering into, the Security Documents (in Czech Zajišťovací dokumentace) and ensure, or procure ensuring of, the creation of the Security by the relevant security provider, and must ensure the perfection of the Security in the extent and within the deadlines stipulated in the Terms and Conditions.
