Security Against Wages. 21.8 The Employer shall provide the Union with a monetary guarantee as mutually agreed upon, or a cash bond in the amount not less than Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000), as security against wages, permit fees, or other financial liabilities, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to any principal photography on each production. This deposit shall be returned to the Employer when all wages, permit fees, and other financial liabilities have been paid and when all grievances, if any, have been resolved.
