SECURITY AND CUSTOMER DATA. 7.1. Xxxxxx will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the Customer’s Data. Safeguards will include, but are not limited to, measures preventing physical or remote access to the Server, monitoring of remote access attempts, firewalls and appropriate software for the purposes or providing security, all of which are to be made in Xxxxxx’s sole discretion.
