Security Appliance Management. The rates for Security Appliance Management are the rates applicable to the following WAP sizes:  Extra Small: Cisco Meraki Z1 and Z3 Series.  Small: Cisco Meraki MX60, MX60W, MX64, MX64W, MX65, and MX65W Series.  Medium: Cisco Meraki MX80, MX84, MX90 and MX100 Series.  Large: Cisco Meraki MX250, MX400 ,MX450 and MX600 Series.

Security Appliance Management. All IT Services Programs require that all client internet traffic be routed through an approved Security Appliance and that ETS be granted administrative rights to manage the appliance. All remote Users must have an approved Security Appliance or a data traversing management software.

  • Orthotic Appliances Coverage for Orthotic Appliances is limited to custom-made leg, arm, back and neck braces, when related to a surgical procedure or when used in an attempt to avoid surgery, and is necessary to carry out normal activities of daily living excluding sports activities. Coverage includes the initial purchase, fitting or adjustment. Replacements are covered only when Medically Necessary due to a change in bodily configuration. All other Orthotic Appliances are not covered. The determination of whether a covered item will be paid under the DME, orthotics or prosthetics benefits will be based upon its classification as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.
