Security Appliance definition

Security Appliance means the BT Equipment or Purchased Equipment that BT manages on your behalf as part of the Service used to apply the CSP(s). The Security Appliance may be physical or virtual.
Security Appliance means the BT Equipment used to apply the CSP.
Security Appliance means the BT Equipment or Customer Equipment (depending on the BT Managed Firewall Security Service delivery model you select in accordance with Paragraph 2.1.3) used to apply the CSP. “Service Credit” means each of the Availability Service Credit, the On Time Service Delivery Service Credit and the Resiliency Restoration Service Credit.

  • You agree that the Appliance, Cyber Security Appliance, Security Solutions, or Documentation will not be shipped, transferred, exported, or re-exported, directly or indirectly, into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Regulation or any other export laws, restrictions, or regulations (collectively the "Export Laws").

Security Appliance means a purpose built Security Appliance including adaptive security appliances, web security appliances, key management appliances, encryption appliances, IPS devices, IDS devices, Security Information and Event Management appliances, and content filters that are in production and located outside of a Supplier Data Center. For clarity, Supplier provided Security Appliances located within a Supplier Facility are supported in accordance with Schedule A-2, but are excluded from the measurement of this Resource Unit unless the additional Security Appliance is specifically requested by CoreLogic and is not otherwise required to provide Services in accordance with this Agreement and Service Levels

  • Appliance means any Residentia Group product purchased by you accompanied by this document;

  • Security alarm system means a device or series of devices, intended to summon law enforcement personnel during, or as a result of, an alarm condition. Devices may include hard- wired systems and systems interconnected with a radio frequency method such as cellular or private radio signals that emit or transmit a remote or local audible, visual, or electronic signal; motion detectors, pressure switches, duress alarms (a silent system signal generated by the entry of a designated code into the arming station to indicate that the user is disarming under duress); panic alarms (an audible system signal to indicate an emergency situation); and hold-up alarms (a silent system signal to indicate that a robbery is in progress).

  • Appliances means and include electrical, mechanical and electronic appliances such as refrigerator, television, DVD player, videocassette recorder/player, washing machine, microwave oven, music system, personal computer, laptops and air-conditioner contained or fixed in the Insured’s home for domestic use.
