Common use of Security Assignment of Space Leases Clause in Contracts

Security Assignment of Space Leases. Subject to the rights of any Leasehold Mortgagee, as security for the performance of Xxxxxx’s obligations hereunder, Lessee hereby grants to County a security interest in and to all of Lessee’s right to receive any rentals or other payments under all Space Leases and this Lease shall constitute a security agreement for such purposes under laws of the State of California. County is authorized to file such financing statements reasonably necessary to perfect such security interest. 33
