Security Camera. The security cameras utilized in and around the Tumwater Police Department are primarily for security for employees and City owned property and equipment. Cameras and footage shall not be used to surveil an employee’s actions and behavior without reasonable belief that a policy violation or other incident worth investigating has occurred. The employee shall be notified of the review of footage in question and shall be provided with a copy, prior to or at the fact-finding interview, or as soon as possible without interfering with the investigation. The footage shall also be included in the investigative file and made available to the employee prior to the pre disciplinary hearing.
Security Camera. 24.1 Security cameras shall not be used for on-going monitoring of an employee’s work performance, but may be used for purposes of a post-incident investigation.
Security Camera. Guest acknowledges and consents to the presence of exterior surveillance devices which monitor the front porch and parking areas. There are no devices inside the cabin. Any tampering with, disabling, blocking or disconnecting the devices will result in immediate eviction from the property.
