Security Charge. This charge applies to the keys/card and card readers required for CLEC access to the CenturyLink Premises for the purpose of Collocation. There are two monthly recurring rate elements associated with Security Access. The first rate element is per access card, per CLEC employee, per month. The second rate element is the number of card accessible premises, per CLEC employee, per month, as included in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
