Security Compliance by Company Personnel. Company will take appropriate steps to ensure compliance with the Security Measures by its employees, contractors and Sub-processors to the extent applicable to their scope of performance under the applicable Master Agreement. The Company also agrees to ensure that all persons authorized to process Customer Data have committed themselves to confidentiality and have executed appropriate documentation to maintain confidentiality.
