Security Effective Notwithstanding Date of Advance. The Security shall be effective and the undertakings in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents with respect thereto shall be continuing, whether the monies hereby or thereby secured or any part thereof shall be advanced before or after or at the same time as the creation of any such Security or before or after or upon the date of execution of this Agreement. The Security shall not be affected by any payments on this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, but shall constitute continuing security to and in favour of the Lender for the Obligations from time to time.
Security Effective Notwithstanding Date of Advance. The Security Interests constituted by any of the Security or required to be created hereby or thereby shall be effective, and the undertakings as to Security Interests herein or in any Security shall be continuing, whether the monies hereby or thereby secured or any part thereof shall be advanced before or after or at the same time as the creation of any such Security Interest or before or after or upon the date of execution of this Agreement, and shall not be affected by any fluctuation in the amount of Secured Obligations from time to time or the accounts established by any Secured Lender ceasing to be in debit balance.

The Liens constituted or required to be created under the Security shall be effective and the undertakings therein in respect thereto shall be continuing, whether the monies hereby or thereby secured or any part thereof shall be advanced before or after or at the same time as the creation of any such Liens or before or after or upon the date of this Agreement. The Security shall not be affected by any payments on the Advances, or by the balance of the Advances fluctuating from time to time, but shall constitute continuing security to the Lenders for the Loan Obligations from time to time.
Security Effective Notwithstanding Date of Advance. The Liens created under any of the Security Documents shall be effective and the undertakings in the Loan Documents in respect thereto shall be continuing, whether the monies hereby or thereby secured or any part thereof shall be advanced before or after or at the same time as the creation of any such Liens or before or after or upon the date of execution of this Agreement. The Security shall not be affected by any payments on the Loans, by the balance of the Loans fluctuating from time to time or by the accounts established under Section 3.8 ceasing to be in a debit balance, but shall constitute continuing security to the Lenders for the Obligations under or in respect of Advances from time to time.
Security Effective Notwithstanding Date of Advance. The Security shall be effective and the undertakings in this Agreement and the other Offtake Documents with respect thereto shall be continuing. The Security shall not be affected by any payments under this Agreement or any of the other Offtake Documents but shall constitute continuing security to and in favour of the Purchasers’ Agent for the benefit of the Purchasers for the Obligations from time to time.
Security Effective Notwithstanding Date of Advance. The Liens constituted or created under any of the Security Documents shall be effective and the undertakings in the Loan Documents in respect thereto shall be continuing, whether the monies hereby or thereby secured or any part thereof shall be advanced before or after or at the same time as the creation of any such Liens or before or after or upon the date of execution of this Agreement. The Security shall not be affected by any payments on the Loans or by the balance of the Loans fluctuating from time to time, but shall constitute continuing security to the Lender for the Obligations from time to time. The attachment of the security interest under any Security Document shall not be postponed.
Security Effective Notwithstanding Date of Advance. The Security Interest shall be and shall be deemed to be effective and shall have effect whether the moneys hereby secured or any part thereof shall be advanced before or after or at the same time as the issue of any of the Debentures intended to be secured thereby or before or after or upon the date of the execution or registration of this Indenture.
Security Effective Notwithstanding Date of Advance. The Security shall be effective whether the moneys secured by this Indenture are advanced before or after or at the same time as the issue of any of the Bonds intended to be secured or before or after or upon the date of the execution of this Indenture.
