Common use of Security Emergencies Clause in Contracts

Security Emergencies. If Xxxxxxx.xx reasonably determines that the security of its Software, Redistributable Components or infrastructure may be compromised due to hacking attempts, denial of service attacks, or other malicious activities, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Xxxxxxx.xx may, without liability to Customer, temporarily suspend the Software, Redistributable Components and/or related services and Xxxxxxx.xx will take action to promptly resolve such security issues.
