GENERAL UNDERSTANDING (1) The courses of instruction to be provided (the “Applied Learning Experience” or “ALE”) will be of such content, and cover such periods of time as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon by the University and the Facility. The starting and ending date for each ALE shall be agreed upon at least one month before the program commences.
Financial Security Arrangements At least 20 Business Days prior to the commencement of the design, procurement, installation, or construction of a discrete portion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades, the Interconnection Customer shall provide the Connecting Transmission Owner, at the Interconnection Customer’s option, a guarantee, a surety bond, letter of credit or other form of security that is reasonably acceptable to the Connecting Transmission Owner and is consistent with the Uniform Commercial Code of the jurisdiction where the Point of Interconnection is located. Such security for payment shall be in an amount sufficient to cover the costs for constructing, designing, procuring, and installing the applicable portion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades and shall be reduced on a dollar-for-dollar basis for payments made to the Connecting Transmission Owner under this Agreement during its term. Mutual Understanding Each party has read this Agreement, fully understands the contents of it, has had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice regarding the Agreement’s legal effect, and is under no duress regarding its execution.
FINANCIAL AID I understand that aid described as “estimated” on my Financial Aid Award does not represent actual or guaranteed payment, but is an estimate of the aid I may receive if I meet all requirements stipulated by the relevant aid program. If my eligibility for financial aid changes for any reason, I understand that I will be responsible for any charges on my account that were previously covered by financial aid and that I will be responsible for repaying to the lender any credit balances that were refunded to me. I understand and agree that the federal financial aid I receive will be applied by the University for the payment of mandatory fees, and fees for tuition and room and board, which I owe the University. Parent Company Guarantee Upon execution of this CONTRACT, the CONTRACTOR shall deliver to the COMPANY a PARENT COMPANY GUARANTEE from the company named in Appendix 1 to Section I – Form of Agreement for proper performance of its obligations under this Contract. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain in force the PARENT COMPANY GUARANTEE for the duration of its liability under this CONTRACT.
Security Controls Annually, upon Fund’s reasonable request, Transfer Agent shall provide Fund’s Chief Information Security Officer or his or her designee with a copy of its corporate information security controls that form the basis for Transfer Agent’s Security Policy and an opportunity to discuss Transfer Agent’s information security measures, and a high level summary of any vulnerability testing conducted by Transfer Agent on its information security controls, with a qualified member of Transfer Agent’s information technology management team. Transfer Agent shall review its Security Policy annually.
