Common use of Security Generally Clause in Contracts

Security Generally. All the Security created under this Agreement: (a) is continuing security for the irrevocable and indefeasible payment in full of the Secured Obligations, regardless of any intermediate payment or discharge in whole or in part; and (b) is in addition to, and not in any way prejudiced by, any other security now or subsequently held by the Security Trustee on behalf of the Secured Parties.

Security Generally. All the Security created under this Agreement: (ai) is continuing security for the irrevocable and indefeasible payment in full of the Secured Obligations, regardless of any intermediate payment or discharge in whole or in part; and (bii) is in addition to, and not in any way prejudiced by, any other security now or subsequently held by any Secured Party; (iii) is binding upon the Security Trustee on behalf Pledgor, its successors and assigns and (iv) inures, together with the rights and remedies of the Secured PartiesAgent hereunder, to the benefit of the Agent and its successors, transferees and assigns.
