Security Measures and Precautions. The Customer represents and warrants that it is the owner(s) and designated user(s) of the e-mail / IP addresses / URL listed in the application form completed by it and shall take all necessary security measures and precautions to ensure that such e-mail / IP / URL addresses will not be accessed by any unauthorized party. The Bank makes no representation or warranty in respect of the Automated Message Notification Services (whether as to the timeliness, security, confidentiality or availability in the transmission of any aforesaid means or otherwise).
