SECURITY MEASURES - LESSOR'S RESERVATIONS. 39.1 Lessee hereby acknowledges that Lessor shall have no obligation whatsoever to provide guard service or other security measures for the Project in the Common Areas; 39.2 Lessee shall not: (a) Use a representation (photographic or otherwise) of the Building or the Office Building Project or their name(s) in connection with Lessee's business; (b) Suffer or permit anyone, except in emergency, to go upon the roof of the Building.
