Common use of Security of processing Clause in Contracts

Security of processing. The Supplier has implemented and maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of processing, including as appropriate:- 16.7.1 the pseudonymising and encryption of personal data; 16.7.2 the ability to ensure ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability of processing systems and services; 16.7.3 the ability to restore the availability and access to personal data; and 16.7.4 the ability to regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of technical and operational measures.
