Common use of Security Trustee’s Resolutions Clause in Contracts

Security Trustee’s Resolutions. Copy of the resolutions of the board of directors of the Security Trustee, certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Security Trustee, duly authorizing the transactions contemplated hereby and the execution and delivery of each of the documents required to be executed and delivered on behalf of the Security Trustee in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby (which may be in the form of general standing resolutions to carry out its business in the manner contemplated by this Agreement); and
