Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will: Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.
Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.
Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.
SITE MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.

Supply Chain Monitoring A copy of the supply chain monitoring process, which should include details of the process for monitoring the financial viability of the supply chain (including timing), together with any known risks to supply chain stability and material changes to the supply chain. This should include extracts from Board level meetings, risk registers etc where any of the above items have been discussed. Workload Management 11.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that employees and management have a responsibility to maintain a balanced workload and recognise the adverse affects that excessive workloads may have on employee/s and the quality of resident/client care.
