Seed potatoes. Potato tubers intended for use or plantation of the following production cycle. Maincrop potatoes – All other potato tubers not covered by the definitions of early potatoes or seed potatoes. They are harvested after 31 July. Planted Area (hectares) – This relates to the „planted‟ area on which the potatoes are actually grown - excluding hedgerows etc. Harvested Yield (tonnes per hectare) – This is the harvested „field‟ yield and relates to the average tonnage actually harvested, for each planted hectare. The harvested yield should be a weighted average of biological yield for the potatoes harvested across the major varieties, i.e. minus field leavings. Production (tonnes) – The total figure for the harvested crop relates to the planted area and the harvested yield. It includes only useable production of potatoes available i.e. ready to use either on the farm or on the market. Wastage (Post-harvest only) (tonnes) – Wastage relates to any post harvest potatoes for which no income is obtained, such as losses on the holding (waste, loss in sorting, storage), and losses in the marketing sector (storage, transportation, processing and packaging). It includes losses from damaged or rotten tubers, including both rots and desiccation, and any quantities of potatoes which are not marketed for any reason, but withdrawn from the market and made unsuitable for human consumption. It should also include any farmhouse consumption. Crop Year – The crop year for potatoes starts on the 1st June and ends on the 31st May. Some early potatoes may be harvested before the 1st June, and therefore fall outside the crop year period; in this case their production should be assigned to the crop year in which they were marketed i.e. the previous crop year. Calendar Year – The calendar year runs from 1st January to the 31st December. Closing Stocks (tonnes) – The stocks of domestic potatoes physically present as held on farms and on the market at merchants, unused but stored. Stocks held amongst retailers and householders are excluded. This figure will become the opening stocks for the coming year. Human Consumption (tonnes) – Supplies of potatoes intended for human consumption during that crop year, with or without processing; the potatoes may have been harvested from the previous crop year, the current crop year or the next crop year (for some early potatoes). Seed potatoes. Wisconsin grade for seed potatoes shall consist of the same grade requirements and tolerances for defects as the Badger State Brand specified in s. ATCP 156.05.

  • Rubric The rubrics are a scoring tool used for the Educator’s self-assessment, the formative assessment, the formative evaluation and the summative evaluation.   • Bidder Supplied Samples The Commissioner reserves the right to request from the Bidder/Contractor a representative sample(s) of the Product offered at any time prior to or after award of a contract. Unless otherwise instructed, samples shall be furnished within the time specified in the request. Untimely submission of a sample may constitute grounds for rejection of Bid or cancellation of the Contract. Samples must be submitted free of charge and be accompanied by the Bidder’s name and address, any descriptive literature relating to the Product and a statement indicating how and where the sample is to be returned. Where applicable, samples must be properly labeled with the appropriate Bid or Contract reference. A sample may be held by the Commissioner during the entire term of the Contract and for a reasonable period thereafter for comparison with deliveries. At the conclusion of the holding period the sample, where feasible, will be returned as instructed by the Bidder, at the Bidder’s expense and risk. Where the Bidder has failed to fully instruct the Commissioner as to the return of the sample (i.e., mode and place of return, etc.) or refuses to bear the cost of its return, the sample shall become the sole property of the receiving entity at the conclusion of the holding period.

  • Spares/bunkers, etc The Sellers shall deliver the Vessel to the Buyers with everything belonging to her on board and on shore including all Owners’ supply items as per the Shipbuilding Contract. All spare parts and spare equipment including spare tail-end shaft(s) and/or spare propeller(s)/propeller blade(s), if any, belonging to the Vessel at the time of delivery used or unused, whether on board or not shall become the Buyers’ property, but spares on order are to be excluded. Forwarding charges, if any, shall be for the Buyers’ account. The Sellers are not required to replace spare parts including spare tail-end shaft(s) and spare propeller(s)/propeller blade(s) which are taken out of spare and used as replacement prior to delivery, but the replaced items shall be the property of the Buyers. The radio installation and navigational equipment shall be included in the sale without extra payment. Unused stores and provisions shall be included in the sale and be taken over by the Buyers without extra payment. The Sellers have the right to take ashore crockery, plates, cutlery, linen and other articles bearing the Sellers’ flag or name, provided they replace same with similar unmarked items. Library, forms, etc., exclusively for use in the Sellers’ vessel(s), shall be excluded without compensation. Captain’s, Officers’ and Crew’s personal belongings including the slop chest are to be excluded from the sale, as well as the following additional items (including items on hire): The Buyers shall take over the remaining bunkers and unused lubricating oils/greases on board at the time of delivery and pay the Sellers’ net price (excluding barging expenses) from the time of supply. Lubricating oils to be those in sealed drums and/or designated storage tanks not having been used or circulated in the vessel’s machinery. Payment under this Clause shall be made at the same time and place and in the same currency as the Purchase Price.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).
