Segregation of Assignment. If an assignment partitions leased lands between two (2) or more persons, it must clearly segregate the assigned and retained portions of the leasehold. Resulting segregated leases continue in full force and effect for the balance of the ten-year term of the original lease or as further extended pursuant to these rules. (3-18-22)
