Leased Lands definition

Leased Lands means the properties that are the subject matter of the Lease Deeds;
Leased Lands means the agricultural lands identified in Schedule "A" hereto;
Leased Lands means such portion(s) of the Lands, including all zones and formations therein, leased to Lessee hereunder that have not been surrendered, terminated or expired pursuant to the terms of this Lease, and where the case or context so requires, includes all or any portion of the Lands as may be pooled or unitized with other lands in accordance with clause 9 of this Lease or pursuant to any agreement or the Regulations.

  • The Lessee shall confine his or her livestock to the Leased Lands and shall not permit his or her livestock to stray upon any adjacent lands.

  • The Lessor has the right to, at any time, designate and install or cause to be installed a road or trail through or upon the Leased Lands, or any part thereof, where no alternative road or trail is, in the opinion of the Agriculture Director, available for passage to any lands, whether Crown owned or privately owned, adjacent to the Leased Lands.

  • The Lessee shall permit Lessor’s authorized representatives, at Lessor’s sole cost, risk and expense, at all reasonable times during the continuation of this Lease, to enter upon the Leased Lands to survey, examine and inspect the state and condition of any wells; PROVIDED THAT in so doing, no unnecessary interference is caused to Lessee’s Operations, and the Lessee shall in every reasonable way aid such representative in making such entry, survey, examination and inspection.


More Definitions of Leased Lands

Leased Lands means that portion of the Existing Airport Lands to be leased to Project Co and controlled by Project Co under and in accordance with the Project Agreement, identified as the “Leased Lands” on the Diagram of Existing Airport Lands attached as Schedule H, subject to rights of access and egress in favour of Bermuda appurtenant to the Bermuda Controlled Airport Lands, which shall include all buildings, structures, fixtures thereto;
Leased Lands means the lands and number of hectares described in the Mineral Lease Specific Terms, as amended at any time in accordance with the terms of this Lease, or so much of those lands and hectares as remains subject to this Lease at any time, and, for purposes of interpretation of this Lease, any reference to Leased Lands shall also include the related Pooled Lands or Unitized Lands, as applicable;
Leased Lands means up to 17 hectares of land in the Municipality of Piedras, in the Department of Tolima, located near Ibagué, 3 hours from Bogotá, on which Khiron has begun cultivating and processing medicinal cannabis, identified with plot certificate 351-2361;
Leased Lands means the railway lands which are the subject of the Lease Agreement, the Reservation Lease Agreement and the Gap Lease Agreement;
