Common use of Seismic Safety Clause in Contracts

Seismic Safety. The Grantee agrees to comply with the Earthquake Hazards Reduction Act of 1977, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq., and U.S. DOT regulations, “Seismic Safety,” 49 C.F.R. part 41, specifically, 49 C.F.R. § 41.117.
