Seizure or Attachment of Equipment. There is a seizure or attachment (other than a prejudgment attachment) of, or levy affecting possession of, the operating equipment of Company, including without limitation its vehicles, maintenance or office facilities, or any part thereof of such proportion as to impair Company's ability to perform under this Agreement and which cannot be released, bonded, or otherwise lifted within forty-eight (48) hours excluding weekends and holidays.
