Selection, Admission and Denial of Admission i. The Owner shall be responsible for determining the eligibility of applicants and the selection of Families from among those determined to be eligible; computing SPRAC payments; Family Rent; and maintaining records related to SPRAC Unit tenancy in accordance with applicable HUD requirements, including 24 C.F.R § 891.610(a) and (b), or any successor SPRAC regulations. At HUD’s request, the Owner shall furnish all applications of admissions (including denial of admission) to HUD.
