  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment). Each Contract has a Principal Balance of at least $500.00 as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Tests and Preclinical and Clinical Trials The preclinical studies and clinical trials conducted by or, to the Company’s knowledge, on behalf of the Company, that are described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, as applicable, and are intended to be submitted to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) or other comparable government entities, were and, if still ongoing, are being conducted in all material respects in accordance with experimental protocols, procedures and controls pursuant to accepted professional scientific standards and all Authorizations and Applicable Laws, including, without limitation, current Good Clinical Practices and Good Laboratory Practices and any applicable rules and regulations of the jurisdiction in which such trials and studies are being conducted; the descriptions of the results of such studies and trials contained in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus are, to the Company’s knowledge, accurate and complete in all material respects and fairly present the data derived from such studies and trials; except to the extent disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, the Company is not aware of any studies or trials, the results of which the Company believes reasonably call into question the study or trial results described or referred to in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus when viewed in the context in which such results are described and the clinical stage of development; and, except to the extent disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, the Company has not received any written notices or written correspondence from the FDA or any governmental entity requiring the termination or suspension of any preclinical studies or clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of the Company, other than ordinary course communications with respect to modifications in connection with the design and implementation of such trials, copies of which communications have been made available to you.

  • Desirable Selection Criteria Post registration qualification in the area of specialty or evidence of significant progression towards one.

  • Long Term Cost Evaluation Criterion 4. READ CAREFULLY and see in the RFP document under "Proposal Scoring and Evaluation". By submitting a response to this solicitation you agree to download from the “Attachments” section, complete according to the instructions on the form, then uploading the completed form, with any confidential attachments, if applicable, to the “Response Attachments” section titled “Confidentiality Form” in order to provide to TIPS the completed form titled, “CONFIDENTIALITY CLAIM FORM”. By completing this process, you provide us with the information we require to comply with the open record laws of the State of Texas as they may apply to your proposal submission.   • Selection Procedure 10.2.4.1 Internal applicants shall be defined as all applicants with seniority in accordance with Article 12.5. 10.2.4.2 In filling a posted vacancy, first consideration shall be given to internal applicants who meet the stated qualifications. All Faculty members who meet the stated qualifications for the posted vacancy shall be interviewed by the Selection Committee. Past service and evaluations shall be considered by the Committee. The best qualified candidate shall be recommended for appointment to the position. 10.2.4.3 Where the qualifications of two or more of the applicants are relatively equal, the applicant with the greatest seniority shall be recommended for appointment to the position. 10.2.4.4 In establishing the qualifications, and in evaluating the qualifications and past performance of the applicants, the committee shall act in good faith, in a fair and reasonable manner, and shall not act in an arbitrary or discriminatory fashion. 10.2.4.5 Following the interviews, the committee will submit its recommendations containing a list of qualified candidates in order of preference, through the appropriate Xxxx to the President or delegate. 10.2.4.6 New faculty members shall be appointed only when there are no qualified internal applicants. 10.2.4.7 If there are no qualified internal applicants, the selection committee may consider external applications, in accordance with the procedure outlined above. 10.2.4.8 Internal applicants will be advised as soon as possible of the selection committee's decision that the committee will be considering external applications in accordance with Article 10.2.4.7.

  • Claims Submission Unless otherwise prohibited by federal or state law, Provider will submit Clean Claims for all Covered Services to BCBSM within one hundred eighty (180) days of the date of service.

  • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both Parties of this Agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error, other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure. To this end, an arbitration board shall have the power to allow all necessary amendments to the grievance and the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance, in order to determine the real matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and the justice of the case.
