Selection for Temporary Classification. Selection for temporary or summer help positions shall be at the sole discretion of the BOARD. The BOARD need not employ any Classified employee in such positions and shall be free to fill such positions with non-bargaining unit members. Selection for such position(s) at one time will not affect eligibility for selection at any other time.
