Selection of currency A Borrower (or the Company on behalf of a Borrower) shall select the currency of a Loan in a Utilisation Request.
Calculation of LIBOR Until the Certificate Principal Balance of each of the Adjustable Rate Certificates has been reduced to zero, LIBOR for the initial Interest Accrual Period shall be 1.31%, and for any Interest Accrual Period thereafter, the Trustee, if any, shall establish LIBOR on each LIBOR Determination Date as follows:
ELECTION OF DOMICILE The parties agree to elect domicile in the judicial district of Beijing, China, and chose it as the appropriate district to hear any claim arising from the interpretation, application, performance, the entry into force, validity and effect of this contract.
