ELECTION OF DOMICILE. For the execution of this agreement, and especially to exercise the rights that are derived from it, the Lender elects domicile at his address indicated above, and the Borrower at the office of the Superior court in the district of SAISIE, in accordance with section 83 of the Civil Code of Québec.
ELECTION OF DOMICILE. The parties agree to elect domicile in the judicial district of Beijing, China, and chose it as the appropriate district to hear any claim arising from the interpretation, application, performance, the entry into force, validity and effect of this contract.

ELECTION OF DOMICILE. Any service, notice or demand must be made or given to or served to the Borrower at his residence or domicile. However, if the Lender cannot find the Borrower at his residence or domicile, the Borrower elects domicile for the purposes of the present Contract at the office of the clerk of the Superior Court in the district where the Hypothecated Property is located, and such service, notice or demand may be made, given to or served to the Borrower there.
ELECTION OF DOMICILE. The parties agree to elect domicile in the judicial district of Wuhan P.R.China, and chose it as the appropriate district to hear any claim arising from the interpretation, application, and performance, the entry into force, validity and effect of this contract.
ELECTION OF DOMICILE. The Borrower and the intervening parties, as the case may be, elect domicile at their addresses indicated herein. Should the Lender be unable to reach them at such addresses or ar the last address in the Province of Québec given to the Lender in writing, such parties elect domicile at the office of the Superior Court in the District of SAISIE.
ELECTION OF DOMICILE. 15.1 For the purposes of the exercise of any rights flowing from this Agreement and the institution of legal proceedings, the parties elect domicile in the judicial district of Québec
ELECTION OF DOMICILE. The election of domicile is made by the company LABORATOIRES XXXXXXX at its registered office.
ELECTION OF DOMICILE. The Parties agree to elect domicile in the judicial district of Peterborough, Ontario for the hearing of any claim arising from the interpretation, application, completion, term, validity and effects of this Agreement.
ELECTION OF DOMICILE. 19.1 For the performance of the Agreement and its consequences, the Parties elect domicile at their respective registered offices indicated above,
19.2 Any change of address shall be notified to the other Party signing the Agreement, by registered letter with return receipt, order to be enforceable against it.
