Common use of Selection of Employees and Seconded Employees Clause in Contracts

Selection of Employees and Seconded Employees. The Company President, or --------------------------------------------- his or her designee, shall be responsible for selecting job applicants from PP, GEOSP, their Affiliates, or from other sources to fill the open positions for Employees or Seconded Employees. Applicants for open positions shall be selected based on their qualifications for the positions. Prior to the secondment to the Company of any proposed Seconded Employee, such proposed Seconded Employee will be required to enter into a binding commitment in writing with PP or GEOSP (as the case may be) as trustee on behalf of the Company, in the form set forth in Exhibit B to this Annex C.
