Selection of projects. 1. The Nanonal Focal Point shall ensure that the Programme Operator selects projects in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Regulation and the operational rules. 2. Eligibility of applicants is snpulated in Arncle 6. 2 of the Regulanon and, in accordance with paragraph 3 thereof, subject only to the limitanons snpulated in the operanonal rules. 3. Pre-defined projects shall be outlined in the operanonal rules. 4. The Nanonal Focal Point shall take proacnve steps to ensure that the Programme Operator complies fully with Article 6.6 of the Regulation.
