Selection of Recipients. A committee consisting of three teachers, selected by the SBEA, from each school level (elementary, middle and high school), two principals and a central office administrator shall review applications for sabbatical leave and shall recommend the disposition of requests to the Superintendent using the criteria developed by an ad hoc committee in 1989.
