SELECTION OF SHOP XXXXXXX. The location and number of stewards shall be mutually agreed upon by the department and the Union. The Union shall reserve the right to designate the method of selection of shop stewards. The Union shall notify the Agency/Department Head in writing of the names of the shop stewards and the area they represent. The Agency/Department Head will be notified in writing by the Union of any subsequent changes regarding shop stewards and who they are replacing.
