SELECTION OF THE WINNING BIDDER. On conclusion of the auction and after the end of the Auction Window, FGVL and/or M&M will notify the Registered Bidder by SMS, phone call or email (the "Notification") of whether the Registered Bidder has been declared as the Winning Bidder. Registered Bidders who are not adjudged as the Winning Bidder by M&M will be notified to that effect by way of SMS or email. The Registered Bidders will be contacted on the registered number/ email id which shared with FGVL and M&M by the Registered Bidder at the time of registration.
