Selection Panels. (a) Selection panels shall be convened in accordance with the Public Service Act and regulations/directives pursuant thereto. (b) The Employer shall give whatever notice is reasonable under the prevailing circumstances to any employee selected to appear before a Selection Panel. Such similar notice will also be provided to the Union.
