Self-Disclosure. The Contractor shall ensure that all Persons have a responsibility to self-report to the Contractor within three (3) calendar days a Criminal Finding or an updated court disposition of a Criminal Finding. The Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager within 24 hours of all details concerning any Criminal Finding or updated court disposition of such Criminal Finding as reported by a Person. The Contractor shall immediately assess whether to disallow that Person access to any State of Florida Data or from directly performing services under the contract. Additionally, the Contractor shall require that the Person complete an annual certification that they have not received any additional Criminal Findings and shall maintain that certification in the employment file.
