Sell Limit an order to open a “Sell” position if Bid price becomes higher or equal to the order price. The current price at the moment of placing an order is lower than the Sell Limit order price;
Sell Limit. Shall be an order to sell any type of financial instrument at a specified price which is higher than the current market price.
Sell Limit. An order to sell a contract at a specified price higher than the current market price; the price is set below the current market price and the order is triggered when the market price reaches the ‘limit price’ instructions. Sell Limit orders once triggered are executed at the ‘limit price’ or better.

(an Order to sell a Derivative at a specified price or better; it is triggered when the market price touches or goes through the ‘sell limit’ price); and (iv) ‘Sell Stop’ (an Order to sell a Derivative when it reaches a certain price; it is triggered when the market price touches or goes below the ‘sell stop’ price); the following features may also be attached to any ‘Pending Order’: (i) ‘Stop Loss’ and/or (ii) ‘Take Profit’;
Sell Limit. Each Existing Major Shareholder agrees that no Equity Securities shall be transferred, directly or indirectly, from the date of this Agreement until the time of completion of the Qualified Public Offering and delivery, except with the prior written consent of each Investor and having complied with the provisions of this Clause 4, that each Existing Major Shareholder shall cause its Related Parties to comply with this Clause 4.

Stop Loss: Refers to an order to close a position at the market price, when the future price reaches the predefined value. This order is expected to limit losses on the off chance that the price of a financial instrument starts moving towards loss. Such an order is always associated with an open position or a pending order. Take Profit: Refers to an order to close a position at the price not worse than the predefined value. This type of order is expected for taking profit when the financial instrument price hits the expected level. When the order is executed, the position is closed. It is always associated with an open position or a pending order.
