Bid Price Sample Clauses

Bid Price. The Borrower shall lose the “bid” price for its Common Stock ($0.0001 on the “Ask” with zero market makers on the “Bid” per Level 2) and/or a market (including the OTC Pink, OTCQB or an equivalent replacement exchange).

Bid Price. The price at which the Supplier offering the Bid is prepared to provide the product or service, or the buyer offering the Bid is willing to pay to receive such product or service.

Bid Price. 7.1 The Bidder shall indicate the Price Schedule as per the format (Annexure-II). Bidders shall quote for the complete works on a single responsibility basis, failing which such bids will not be taken into account for the evaluation and will not be considered for award. 7.2 Prices indicated on the Price Schedule shall be entered separately in the following manner: a) All duties, taxes and other levies, transportation charges payable by the bidder under the contract shall also be included in the total price separately. b) The rates quoted by the bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the contract and shall not be subject to adjustment on any account. A quotation submitted with an adjustable price will be treated as non-responsive. c) The Prices shall be quoted in Indian Rupees only.

Bid Price. 15.1 The Bidder shall indicate on the appropriate form, prescribed in this Bidding Documents, the unit prices and total bid price of the goods, it proposes to supply on free delivery to the consignee end under the Contract. 15.2 Form prescribed for quoting of prices is to be filled in very carefully, preferably typed. Any alteration/correction must be initialed. Every page is to be signed and stamped at the bottom. 15.3 The Bidder should quote the prices of goods according to the technical specifications as provided in Section III of this document. The technical specifications of goods, different from the required specifications, shall straightway be rejected. 15.4 The Bidder is required to offer a competitive price. All prices must include the taxes and duties, where applicable and all Ex-work & inland transportation & storage charges till the destination (on free delivery to Consignee’s end basis). If there is no mention of taxes, the offered/quoted price shall be considered as inclusive of all prevailing taxes/duties.- 15.5 The benefit of exemption from or reduction in the taxes and duties shall be passed on to the Procuring Agency. 15.6 Prices offered should be for the entire quantity of an item demanded in the Section III i.e., Schedule of Requirement & Technical Specifications; partial quantity offers shall straightaway be rejected. Conditional offer shall also be considered as non-responsive bid. 15.7 While making a price quote, trend/inflation in the rate of goods and services in the market should be kept in mind. No request for increase in price due to market fluctuation in the cost of goods and services shall be entertained.

Bid Price. 6.1 The Bidder shall indicate on the Price Schedule (Attachment-III), the unit price and total bid prices of the IT Equipment it proposes to supply under the Contract. However, Bidders shall quote for the complete requirement of IT Equipment specified under each item on a single responsibility basis, failing which such bids will not be taken into account for the evaluation and will not be considered for award. 6.2 Prices indicated on the Price Schedule shall be entered separately in the following manner: i. The prices of the goods, quoted delivered to the consignee item wise excluding GST. ii. GST shall be shown separately. iii. The rates quoted by the bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the contract and shall not be subject to adjustment on any account. A quotation submitted with an adjustable prices will be treated as non-responsive iv. The Prices shall be quoted in Indian Rupees only.

Bid Price. The Bid Price(s) offered by Contractor and accepted by MaineDOT are as provided in Appendix A. These Bid Prices will serve as a basis for the Contract amount set forth in section F below.

Bid Price. 6.1 The Bidder shall indicate in the Price Schedule (Attachment-III), 6.2 Prices indicated on the Price Schedule shall be entered separately in the following manner: i. The price of the car delivered to the consignee including all accessories excluding GST. ii. Insurance charges iii. Any other incidental charges iv. GST shall be shown separately. v. The Prices shall be quoted in Indian Rupees only.

Bid Price. The contract shall be for the whole works as described in the Bill of quantities, drawings and technical specifications.
