Common use of Seller Compliance Clause in Contracts

Seller Compliance. Upon not less than three (3) business days' notice, Seller will provide such Buyer personnel as Buyer reasonably deems appropriate with reasonable access from time to time to Seller's facilities and records for the purpose of confirming Seller's compliance with requirement as noted in this Section 4, and for the further purpose of confirming, if reasonably deemed necessary by Buyer, Seller's compliance with applicable specification for Batteries and Components.
