Common use of Seller to Continue Performance Clause in Contracts

Seller to Continue Performance. Except in an instance where Xxxxx terminates the AGREEMENT under Article 14, Seller shall proceed diligently with performance of the Purchase Order pending final resolution of any request for relief, claim, dispute, appeal or action arising under or in connection with this AGREEMENT and pending such resolution shall comply with Xxxxx’s written direction, if any, on the matters at issue. d. In no event shall Seller acquire any direct claim, or direct course of action against the United States Government except as approved in writing by Buyer pursuant to this clause or as otherwise authorized by law.
